Warranty Commitment

At The Intezaar, we are committed to providing high-quality electronic and productivity products that meet your expectations. Our Warranty & Replacement Policy ensures confidence and peace of mind with every purchase.


Warranty Period

All eligible products are covered by a 7-day checking warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal usage conditions.


Warranty Coverage

The warranty includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional faults present at the time of delivery
  • Products that remain unaltered and unused beyond testing

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or water exposure
  • Physical damage after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products repaired or modified by third parties

Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  2. Provide Proof
    Share clear photos or videos showing the issue along with your order number.

  3. Inspection & Approval
    If approved, we may request the product to be returned.

  4. Replacement Dispatch
    After inspection, a replacement will be dispatched accordingly.

Return shipping for verified defects will be covered by The Intezaar.


International Orders

  • Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • International return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
