All eligible products are covered by a 7-day checking warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal usage conditions.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty includes:

- Functional faults present at the time of delivery
- Products that remain unaltered and unused beyond testing
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or water exposure
- Physical damage after delivery
- Normal wear and tear

Inspection & Approval
If approved, we may request the product to be returned. -
Replacement Dispatch
After inspection, a replacement will be dispatched accordingly.
Return shipping for verified defects will be covered by The Intezaar.
International Orders
- Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
- International return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
